While I do love a cold roast pork sandwich (and a hot roast pork sandwich with a little gravy is a treat that always reminds me of Sheffield...), why not think about
ramen?
Nothing is as soothing as a big bowl of
udon with a tasty chicken or vegetable stock (or ham if you have it), perhaps some shredded carrot or sliced pak choy, maybe some shitake mushrooms and chopped spring onion, soy sauce or whatever you want and place slices of the roast pork on top.
But don't let me tell you how good Japanese pork soup noodles are - watch
Tampopo instead.
