While I do love a cold roast pork sandwich (and a hot roast pork sandwich with a little gravy is a treat that always reminds me of Sheffield...), why not think about ramen?
Nothing is as soothing as a big bowl of udon with a tasty chicken or vegetable stock (or ham if you have it), perhaps some shredded carrot or sliced pak choy, maybe some shitake mushrooms and chopped spring onion, soy sauce or whatever you want and place slices of the roast pork on top.
But don't let me tell you how good Japanese pork soup noodles are - watch Tampopo instead.

shred it, fry it in a pan with some cumin, chilli powder, bell pepper and onion, and butter serve it on flour tortillas with some salsa, sour cream and grated chedder cheese.
sarabyrd
Cut it in cubes, fry it with some onions and lots of herbs and for the last two minutes or so add diced white bread or - even better - pita bread. Serve with tzatziki.

Did not want to start a new thread so justgrabbed this old one.

Today I had left over pasta(yes I fridge what I dont use) and tomato sause. I put two tspns of olive oil , onion, and garlic in pot then when warm tossed in the pasta and old tomato sause and fried that puppy. Then instead of using quality parm I shredded up some cheddar and and topped off the plate. Oh so good so so good.
