I am invited to a interview and the HR asked me to email all my papers beforehand.. hmm do you know what is meant by papers in this context for the German employers ? I assumed they would be references perhaps?

Actually, I usually send around 30 pages!
All my education transcript + letter of recommendation.
Basically, you should send a proof of everything mentioned in your resume!
