Washing machine is situated in the washroom in the cellar with separate drying room. Total size of apartment is 90qm and you will have access to 70qm, as well use of bicycle shed and large communal garden at the back.



Sorry no garage available, but plenty of free street parking spaces!



Apartment is tastefully decorated, has parkett flooring throughout, except kitchen, hallway and bathroom which has tiles. Very light due to tall arch-shaped French windows in lounge and bedrooms.



Would ideally suit someone commuting to Munich for work, and returning back home at weekends, as I will be returning to the apartment at weekends only. The apartment is completely yours in the weekday!

Deposit: 1.5 to 2MM returned at the end naturally minus any possible damage ;-)

Beautiful and semi-quiet part of Oberföhring – very green. 2 mins walk to bakery and small shops, and within 15mins walk or 5 mins by bus to nearby local shopping centre (Wohrl, Marktauf, DM, Aldi, Obi). In the opposite direction is Herkomerplatz (5mins bus ride) with plenty of shopping possibilities. Bus stop within couple of mins from flat. Town centre reacheable within 15 mins.



20mins to airport via S-Bahn (Johanneskirchen, Unterföhring) – both within easy access by bus outside flat.



Stone throw’s away to the Isar leading to the English Garden. Several beer gardens nearby (Grün Tal, St. Emmeram, Au Meister) as well as restaurants.

Its the tail end of Oberföhringer Street, and Unterföhring starts at about 0.5km from flat.

By the way I forgot to mention, Non Smokers only!

Have you had much interest in this?
It sounds a lot like a flat share with the owner where your tennant isn't welcome at weekends and has a small bedroom.
Totally understand the apartment is empty during the week and for that maybe you'll attract a premium.

Are you interested or just commenting for the sake of it? And, yes, I have had some interest (TT is not the only place I'm advertising)!

If I gave this to Mr Lodge to rent full-time, they would be charging 1400 just for your info!

By the way, its not about the tenant not being welcome. It states clearly that I'm looking for a Mon-Fri professional/commuter whose main home is elsewhere and therefore will be going home at w/ends. Pretty similar to my scenario and hence why I need my place back at w/ends!
