Hello!
I need an apartmen, 1 or 2 rooms, not less than 25 sqm, rent not more than 600 euro warm.
Preferably furnished for 2 persons (or atleast partly furnished. A bed and some stuff in the kitchen needed).
I'd prefer somewhere near Garching or in any of these areas:
Gaching, studentenstadt, frankfurterring, milbertshofen, schwabing.
Not more than 45 minutes travel to Garching and preferably somewhere near U6.
Even though I may seem to be strict with where I want to live, I consider all offers.
I can probablt not move before middle or end of august.
Provisionfree apartments would be prioritized, and the lower kaution the better (or if the kaution is higher than 400 euro, i would be glad if i can split it up on 2 or 3 months).
