Room for rent at Leuchtenbergring - Munich

I'll be moving out from my flat on 28th of June, so my room will be available as of 29th of June.

The place is a 3 bedroom apartment, with the shared living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. It's located near Leuchtenbergring station (less than 5 minutes walk) and tramstation Ampfingstr. (night line N19 stops here), so very well connected with the city center both during the day and at night (30 minutes walk from Marienplatz, 10 minutes with s-bahn). The address is Streitfeldstr, 28., 1st floor. The place has washing mashine and dishwasher in the apartment and dryer in the basement.

Rent per month is 390 euros.

The room is big and light with large window, so it gets a lot of sun. The view is into the garden.

I was living with two guys, who are staying in the flat, one of them is mechanical engineer, age 24, and the second one is a cook, about the same age.
