This is not the Mystery Shopper position, you will use our money to purchase goods and collect data. You will need a local bank account in order for us to transfer 200 Euros for your future purchases. This project covers pilot testing of 410 merchants in Germany, including cities such as Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hannover, and Stuttgart. You will be using two debit cards, Maestro card (provided by IBD) and Local Brand Name card (not provided by IBD but paid for). Payment will be 10 Euros per merchant (5 Euro per card) plus paid travel expenses. If a store has a card minimum, that amount will be added to your earrings per card. For example, there is 5 Euro minimum on making a purchase with a debit card; you then will get paid 10 Euro per card, which is 20 Euro for that store. Also, 200 Euros for a local cash card, which the tester will be using.
For this project, a merchant list is already pre-determined by IBD. Merchant’s name and location will be loaded into a PDA’s software with everything you need to find the locations.
During each individual field test the following will be recorded by the field tester in the PDA:
1. Merchant name as spelled on the store front and merchant name on receipt (if different)
2. Test Outcome
3. If Decline, reason for decline
4. Transaction Start and Transaction End time
5. Transaction amount (if transaction is processed and an authorization reply is received)
6. Minimum purchase policy for PIN debit
7. Merchant prompt for means of payment other than PIN debit (i.e. cash, credit)
8. Truncated receipt
9. Presence or absence of signage (cash card, Maestro, VPay, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Visa)
10. Amount of any additional fees associated with card acceptance

Requirements: Access to a local bank account and is able to start as soon as possible.

Please send your resume to yana@ibd-associates.com or if you have any questions Ill be happy to answer them

Presumably wearing dodgy trannie gear might affect the transactions.
