Info about "Verpflegungsmehraufwand pauschal"

Hello all does anybody have experience / knowledge of the latest Verpflegungsmehraufwand pauschal
rules , my situation is so, ive been claiming my 6 euros daily working at a customer of ours following the 8 to 14 hour rule

But I’ve been informed by a friend that after 3 month I can’t claim it any more, but after reading this side :-

this does not appear to be the case as I make a new “Dienstreise� every day any views ?

well according tro the link you should be getting more than € 6 more like €12.This has all to do with your employer no?

the link is not up to date I think and i can't find anything in google which is simple and easy to understand I was told it's all changed since 01.01.2008

where's YL6 when you need him ?? is he on holiday ?

The webpage you linked to is outdated.

There were (and are) different rules for subsistence costs and transportation costs. Maybe this is the reason for your confusion.

In 2008 the 3-month-rule for subsistence costs applies to all kind of business trips. But even before that the subsistence costs were only paid for 3 months in cases like yours.
The result: In 2008 you only get the Verpflegungspauschale for 3 months. On the other hand you can claim the transportation costs for the whole time.
