We had a little battle of the sexes last night at the pub quiz - of course the men won...
...Only it was just a little lopsided, since there were 6 men in the "winning" team (yes, kids, that's 2 more than it says in the rules) and they only managed to beat the women's team - all two of us - by two points.

So by my reckoning that makes Showem and me the moral victors of last night's pub quiz, even though the boys got to divvy up the dosh.

Kudos to Topsy and Showem...when we move I will make a point of hauling ass to be part of the girls team.

Well, thanks, but last night we were also incredibly good with the occasionally shot in the dark answer. Especially Topsy's movie and music choices. She was amazing.

Still have a couple more weeks of my Salsa dancing course, so won't be there again. Once it finishes, will be back !

I love quizzes but we need a real team with real support It is basically Oliver and I and the remaining two are just fillers with different people every week. Last week it was a german guy with a bad attitude and his mother. If someone is good at music and looking for a team please join us tonight.
