Monday night pub quiz at The Arc

I am in mate. Let rock some questions tonight !

Well, that was huge turnout for the quiz last night. Thanks to everyone for coming along and I hope to see you all again next week. As an added incentive, I have been told that a certain person who won last night will not be attending so you have a better chance of winning the jackpot.

But please no more David Hasselhoff!! Never ever again...although it was the one where I got the year from...

Its that day of the week again when you get to put your thinking caps on and try to be the smartest team in the Arc. Be sure to get there early if you want a good seat as last week was really busy and seats and tables were snatched up pretty quickly.
As an added incentive to all teams, I was informed last week that a certain regular winner will not be attending tonight so you have a better chance of winning the jackpot.

Newbies are always welcome and even if you can't get a full team together just come along anyway as there are always teams looking for people.

This post gave me an idea for picture round, Bavarian wild life. Although our team might regret it.

OK, you could be that evil. I may be in with a chance depending on the pictures and if they were both on the sheet. Different varieties of birds could be tricky as well.

Ah, now that would have been my kind of picture round. The wildlife in general, not so much the birds.

So could you recognise a great tit then or tell it apart from a blue tit?

can you deduct points from the german teams who turn up 2 hours early to put their jackets on the chairs, and then reappear 2 minutes before the quiz starts?

Newbies are very welcome and shouldn't be worried about not having a team as there are always places available if you show up.
