Software developer and tester jobs around Munich

Hello guys! Guten Tag!
I have just joined here yesterday and this is my first post. I am a Filipino and married to a German national. My visa is Type D (not valid for work). My wife and I will be working on getting both RESIDENCE and WORK PERMITS when I arrive in Frankfurt hopefully next week Tuesday (hopefully the processing will not take months, how long will this take?).

Assuming I already have BOTH RESIDENCE and WORK permits, that means I can already apply for a job, Right?
Are there many job opportunities when I apply for jobs like Software Developer or Software Tester around Markt Schwaben (or any near are like Munich)?
By the way, I already have 6 months experience as a Firmware Tester (when I was still an OJT) and 2 years experience as a GUI Software Engineer.

Any information would really help me a lot.
