Gyms that have "Power Plate" exercise machines - Munich

Hi there,

I've read a lot about the power-plate as the latest fitness craze in the UK.
Has anyone come across it in Munich? If yes, I would be very interested in details as well as your feedback.
Sounds like a wonder machine... I@m wondering if it really is that good..

The women only gym at Riem Arcaden has Power Plates...I cant remember the name of the gym, sorry. One of the owners (the guy) does speak English. I tried it out and seemed nice enough but for me, not worth the money. My mom's done it out in California and gives good reviews.

Certain Fitness Company gyms have powerplates.
