The loft studio facilitates a monthly program with a host of active meditations including every month a 21 day Dynamic Meditation Cycle.
These meditation methods are recommended and open for people of all ages and backgrounds, the curious, the beginner and the seasoned meditator.

All the meditations begin on time. Its best to arrive 10 minutes earlier to register and receive an introduction to the meditation. All meditations are facilitated in English/German
