Carl Watts-Personal Trainer

Carl Watts, native of Washington, DC, has spent the last 25 years performing and teaching dance, fitness, strength and conditioning,
aerobics and his own brand of flexibility and muscle fitness training to professional dancers and private individuals around the world.

Carl will be coming to Munich in summer 2008 and offers personal training for individuals or small groups (beginner to professionals):
  • Carl Watts Body Dynamics, a combination of the techniques of ballet, yoga, Pilates theory and muscle training with the practices of modern movement.
  • Personalized fitness training:

    Stretching techniques
    Body weight exercises to strengthen and shape your body

  • Personal management

Carl offers home visits or can accompany you to your local gym.
