Ok this is probably a loooong shot, but here it goes...
We are adopting a dog through a German organization that 'vermittels' dogs from Spain, but the lady who was supposed to bring him just canceled, and the only other option would be for us to pick him up from Düsseldorf, which is quite a drive for a dog who just flew or came by car all the way from Spain...

Soooo... I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to be a "Flugpate" for our hopefully soon to be newest family member?
We'd obviously cover all extra expenses and pay some for the 'service', and all you have to do is show up at the check-in counter and meet the people from the shelter and the dog, and we'd meet you here. Everything else will be taken care of.
