Hi everyone, i'm a 24 year old English girl looking for work in the Bremen / Oldenburg area.

I currently speak very basic German (learnt through German GCSE at high school) but am planning to enrol on an intensive German language course at the CASA international language school in germany, starting on the 23rd June '08. My boyfriend lives in Oldenburg at the moment and I am keen to find employment either there or in Bremen. I think the course will run 9am - 12:30pm monday - friday and ideally i would like job (of any kind, bar work, office work, washing up etc) in the afternoons until the end of the course, after which i hope my German will be much improved and i will be looking for full time work!

If anyone has any ideas about where I may find a suitable job I would be very grateful if you could message me back.

Why not get your boyfriend to start looking around for you? - surely there are ads in the local papers which you could apply for.
alternatively, just wait until you get ehre and see how time-consuming it is to learn the language and then find some kind of work to fit in around it.
