Insight, the global IT-Reseller located in Ismaning is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Nordics-Team to start asap.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Checking and processing customer orders
- General administrative duties within Customer Care
- Checking all order status reports
- Handling delivery date inquiries
- Maintaining the onlie ordering tool
- Sending license certivicates and additional information
- Coordination and communication with sales, purchasing, accounts receivable and the licensing department
- Handling customer inquiries, providing standard quoting
- Processing return of goods, invoice, re-writes, complaint handling
- Providing basic consulting and advisory service to customers (products, prices, availability etc.)
For this position it is necessary that you speak fluent english and swedish, danish or norwegian.
