We are looking for a friendly person to join our WG (one Germany guy, one American girl.) Gender/nationality are not important, the main thing qualifications are a good sense of humor and gainful employment. Also, no smokers please.

-unfurnished (but we could help you find a bed if you need one)
- 25 sq. room in 60 sq. meter flat.
- high ceilings

About the flat:

- altbau with balcony
- new kitchen
- dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc...
- 1st floor
- high speed wireless internet
-separate shower and toilet

About the location:

- no assigned parking place but street parking is not a problem
-a few steps from tram lines 27/25 (Haltestelle Ostfriedhof)
-5 minutes by foot to U-bahn Silberhornstr. or Kolumbusplatz (U-2)
-produce market, organic store, and restaurant across the street.

About the fine print:
470 euros "warm", (this includes high speed internet, electricity, heat/cooling and telephone.)
The Deposit is 1000 euros.
