Availability of allergy-friendly brown bread - Germany

€20 offered in exchange for information
shumi
Hello,

I am from U.A.E and I need a help please, once I came here before I placed a question and I got a help from everyone thanks to all, but because life is busy and everyone is doing the same for this the information were not full that much and the matters were hard on some points when I traveled to Germany, for this today I am coming to you and really I need the help and I am going to pay 20 Euro for each valued information I will get forgive me I can't offer more than 20 Euro but I found that I am forced to offer it because I know that everyone is busy and I am going to take from their time, so here is the deal

I will place an information in English about the type of the bread which I am looking for to get it for my grandmother and I am looking for someone to get me a type of bread which can match it without forgetting that I need
  • the name of the bread
  • the name of the shop which sells it
  • and a picture of the bag of the bread sent to my email address
  • and another picture for the ingredients of the bread from its bag,
  • The size of the bag in grams
  • How many pieces included in the bag
  • Also I am looking to know the nutrition facts if they are written on the bag
and if you will get me the bread from a Bakery not a shop then please get me the bill from the bakery because always the bakeries there mention the ingredients on the bills, I am ready to pay for the bag of the bread and 20 Euro for the valued information, I will send the money via western Union or Bank transfer, I mean it I am not joking at all because the matter is important for me because it is for my grandmother, so please try to help me

here are the ingredients which I am looking for:

First it is a brown bread from Bran not Corn, so please don't get me bread with corn like the one in Golden Toast, I checked the site even I paid for a translator here in UAE, so the brown bread there is with corn as what he told me while the one which I am looking for for my grandmother is with Bran

so now let us go back to the ingredients and they are the following:

Flour
Yeast
Salt
Water
Wheat Bran
Rye Flour

Finally, I hope that you will reply me, because I am really serious and I need this help for my grandmother.

Thanks and best regards
Editor Bob
Your grandmother has the same allergy that you do?

From your earlier topic: Where to buy allergy-friendly bread

I have an allergy and I can only eat a type of bread where the ingredients are vegetable oil, flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar and salt. So will you please tell me what kind of bread has these same ingredients?

Anyway, good luck with your quest.

what you're looking for is "Kleiebrot" don't know if this is available somewhere, but Hofpfisterei (and probably a lot of other bakeries) have a 100% rye bread (ingredients: rye, water, salt)

but seriously what is it with you and golden toast ph34r.gif

They do? That's news to me.

I really dont care for Golden Toast bread.

I tend to buy my bread fresh directly from the backery. I personally like Zöttl - if you have an english and germany dictionary check out this page, for the ingredients:

(I am not going to mention my fave bread - because I alreay have a tough time finding it in stock - w/o broadcasting it on a forum) mad.gif
and if you're ever in Munich and/or surrounding, try them.

The backery Müller Brot also has packaged bread available in regular grocery shops:

good finding!

P.S.
You can keep the twenty Euros - just send me a sheik instead. Or a little oil well. I'm humble, you know. rolleyes.gif
Shoot! I'll even take a little sheik!
