Hi all,

It looks like I will be moving soon, so my flat will shortly be
available to rent. It is about 50+ square meters, on the first floor
and is very bright and sunny.

I currently pay 470 euros per calendar month, plus 80
euros for the water etc... The Gas and Electricity
are additional, and are with Mainova. (At present I pay a standing
charge of 54 Euro per month for this)

It´s a great flat with a great location, Schonstrasse, which is just
300m from the main Hauptbahnhof and Basler Platz. Its in parking
permit area 4, and this is 50 euros for 2 years. It is also a short
walking distance to the river, ECB, main banking area etc. etc.

The flat is 2 large rooms + kitchen, all of which have very high
ceilings, and stripped varnished pine floors, with huge windows. The
kitchen is also pretty large (I currently have a 2m long table in
there, so this is a great size, ) and it has a ´privileg´ kitchen
installed through Quelle.

(I'd prefer to leave this kitchen in for a negotiable
price, as it seems a great shame to rip it out when it
is less than a year and half old)

There is also a dishwasher,fridge, cooker and washing machine, all
of which are Siemens and I am happy to negotiate to a price.
The bathroom is a standard white setup...much like
any other.
