So, after all the maibaums have gone up around Bavaria and nether regions...
I asked around the office what you called the signs... I got names "Maibaum tafel" or "Maibaum Schmuck"
If we someone created a Toytown Maibaum, what would you stick on it?

Oh and pictures of a dictionary and a grammar book for the pedants plus probably some kind of "love/hate USAians" logo.

The German food that they accept
Dirndl and Lederhosen
Skis/snowboards/sleds
A struck-through Verboten sign
Tipped by a huge "Search" button
EDIT: And I would put it in a different place every week.

A smaller, older Maibaum somewhere nearby with a sign that says "It's not like it used to be" on it.
A flounce tag.
BadBob. Right at the top. (only joking, probably)

I can't think of anything in my present state of inebriation but:
QUOTE (Showem @ May 5 2008, 4:29 pm)

A smaller, older Maibaum somewhere nearby with a sign that says "It's not like it used to be" on it.
That hit the spot.
Not that the spot is anywhere near where it used to be.

And the newer one can have the following:
"Toytown Germany. The internet's natural Pheromone. Attracts more cunts than you will know what to do with"

I would stick a collection of Lars Burmeister photos on the Maibaum. He is German and he is hot, what better way to celebrate the month of May?

It seems he's so thin his trousers fall down as well. Somebody buy him a belt.

To keep the sun off presumably.
A scarf.
Perhaps this scarf thing when they have a cold isn't so daft. At least you know to stay away from them.
