Designer and photographer jobs in Frankfurt

My sister lives in frankfurt and i want to move there too.
i am from ukrainem.
pretty good webdesigner and middle level photopgrapher.
So i wonder whether i can find contract work as designer or photographer in frankfurt with only good english level skills
i dont need high salary, just need some contract for a year or so to get things started

in ukraine right now
but i have sister living there
so can get travel visa or something like that at first
