The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within the airline industry or comparable experience within the travel industry working within a 24/7 environment. The role is to provide support to key clients, wolrd-wide, over phone and email with regards to technical issues.

This is a year long contract working on a freelance basis on the outskirts of Munich and will involve shift-work. Fluency in English is required, other European languages of benefit.
