As I am leaving Munich this month and am looking for the next tenant from June 2008 for the apartment I am staying at.

It is 38m2 1-room apartment, (1 large room + bathroom + Kitchenette (Kochnische) + small storage room (Kammer)) + Cellar Storage + Balcony.
Apartment is on second floor (no lift) in Torquato Tasso Str, 10 min walk to U2 station Milbertshofen, 3 min walk to bus stop on Leopoldstrasse,
close to Petuelring and A9.
It is in quiet surrounding, with lots of light, and some trees in front of it..

- washing machine is in the building
- no problems with parking

Rent: €510/month + Nebenkosten ( ~€80/ month). There is also a deposit of 2 months rent required. No provision fee.
