Where is the Rokkos/Augustinum hotel? - Munich

Our football team is going to MUC for a tournament, the organizer has booked the Rokkos/augstinum hotel for us. Got a simple address of 'Sankt Augustinusstrabe 6, 81825, Munchen'
Don't know where is it.
Can someone pls tell me how to get to the hotel from the MUC airport??

You need to take the Train S8 from the Airport and get off at Leuchtenbergring. Then take the S4 in the direction of Ebersberg/Grafing/Zorneding and get out at Trudering. From the Trudering Station you need to take the Bus 139 in the direction of Krankenhaus Harlaching and get off that the third stop Augustinusstrasse. Once there ,to Rokkos is just a 5 minute walk.
