Eurovision song contest parties in Frankfurt

Sad but true: your friendly neighbourhood Kuzzer just can't get enough of the Eurovision Song Contest Final. It's become a bit of a annual kitcsh tradition for me and The Missus - however, we don't have access to UK TV, and therefore need somewhere to watch the show - and of course listen to Wogan's pithy asides. Just ain't the same without El Tel's voiceover . . .

So if anyone knows of anywhere we can go watch the Beeb's coverage on the evening of 24th May, then please let me know.

hmmm, vaguely remember watching this in the TLC Bar on Textorstrasse in Sachsenshausen last year... no Beeb coverage. possibly the strongest cocktails in Frankfurt though, beware the Mai Tai

I think that James the Bar at the English Theater is showing this live. Not sure of the sender though.

Eurovision Update
So the English Theatre will be showing the German TV broadcast . . . seems a little contradictory, but there you go. I have had no reply from the TLC . . . so I think we have to assume that it too will be showing the German TV coverage.

My research continues - indeed, a noble quest has it become!
