Next meet up in Wiesbaden - Frankfurt

Thursday 29.May.2008 @ Venue suggestions welcome
Elaleya
as always our last meet up was a great success.

hope to see you guys on the 29th of May. I will have a bit of difficulty to organize it since I will be on vacation in May and won't have access to the internet.

Maybe we're able to settle for something by the 8th of May. Also it might be the last option to Fathers to attend a meet up. So if you wanna see him before he might leave, you better show up wink.gif
Billy
Sounds like you had a great and meaty time! Sorry I could not come along, but the next one I should be OK!! I'm on hols in May too, so will sign-up now for this and check back with the Board late in May.
Cu next month!

How about Vapiano? Been there once, although not the one in Wiesbaden, and I really enjoyed the food.

I'm also on holidays in May, but should be back by the 29th biggrin.gif .
Elaleya
vapiona would be oooooooooooooooooooooook... had spaghetti there once with the tt'lers and they weren't that great. Pizza was good so
Quill
I'll eat anything wink.gif , you don't like the food there too much so lets go somewhere else.
After all that meat, Asian food sounds good.. but like I said.. I'll eat anything!

Just a thought...with the weather gettiing better and sundown at 21:00 or so, is anyone interested in going somewhere outside of Wiesbaden, i.e. in the Rheingau? Or does everyone want to stay in town?
Elaleya
I'd go outside of Wiesbaden. We should probably consider car-pooling. I think Tim doesn't have a car and Carima might have trouble getting a car, too wink.gif but that shouldn't be a problem right?
mrscanuck
Hi guys,

If I am still welcome unsure.gif I would love to join in. I have a car and would happily pick somebody up if necessary, although remember I live in the country. I promise not to talk about meat this time.

Elaleya
lol of course you're welcome, we'll just space out when you start talking about meat biggrin.gif
DanHessen
I'll just throw out a possibility:

I haven't been there in a couple of years but can be summed up by 1) stunning views and 2) sort of expensive schnitzel.

Anyone else have any suggestions for Rheingau/wine country restaurants?
Elaleya
wow... that is an expensive schnitzel... 20 bucks for a schnitzel with salad and baked potatoes??? must be something really special

but i am not gonna complain wink.gif i am in if everybody else is biggrin.gif
Sunshine_75
Are non Wiesbadeners welcome as well? unsure.gif Rheingau sounds great and I would love to meet you guys.
DanHessen
Anyone's welcome Sunshine. Doesn't have to be the expensive schnitzel place...just thought a bit of wine country might be appealing. I'm up for whatever.
Sunshine_75
Thanks Dan biggrin.gif
