On Sunday, May 4th, 2008, the 63rd anniversary of the liberation of the Dachau concentration camp is celebrated at the memorial site. There will be different church services, ceremonies and speeches at the memorial site. I believe its one of the last anniversary which will be actively lead by former prisoners of the camp. The afternoon will see a "Day of Encounter" and celebration of 10 years of Dachau Youth Guesthouse (Jugendgästehaus, Rosswachtstrasse 15. The guest house festivates 10 years anniversary and has a very open and friendly athmosphere and architecture.
