WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager/Financial Manager for our location in West Germany. This individual will manage all financial functions of the company, including general accounting, budgeting, forcasting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. Evaluate strategic impact of different revenue streams, firm expansion, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development activities, and vendor relations. Prepare budgets, income statements and other financial reports.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE NEEDED?
· 5+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience.
· Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
· Previous experience providing forcasts, reports and results to a parent company.
· Strong understanding of cost structure of materials and commodities.
· Hands-on financial forecasting and financial analysis experience.
· Experience providing financial support for company programs and departments such as sales, bonus, marketing ,ect.
· Must possess strong internal customer focus.
· Strong analytical abilities required.
· Must have effective cross functional communication skills.
· Experience implementing and managing financial controls, i.e., Sarbannes - Oxley, US GAAP.
· Must have ability to adhere to longer work schedule as needed to support monthly close process, annual forecasting/LRP requirements, and to support other key initiatives as required.
· Must be able to relocate or live within a commutable distance of West Germany.
· Must be fluent in German and English.
