Bank tells staff: No more sex on expenses

Hard times at Deutsche Bank

The British newspaper, The Independent reports that Deutsche Bank has been telling employees not to charge "Adult" channels at hotels on expenses or brothel visits. Apparently some persons had been known to charge the visits to company credit cards. I do not know what this means for lap dancing bars - but that could severely impact investment banking customer relations?

QUOTE
A Deutsche Bank insider said: "In the good old days, you could pass off a trip to a knocking-shop as a restaurant if the name wasn't too obvious. But we're in an uptight, locked-down new puritanism now, not helped by sub-prime or VW."

Does this mean that in the past, that Deutsche customers were indirectly paying for sex??? Should they replace the B in their name with a W?
mere
This was reported on NPR (in the US) yesterday morning. They aren't allowed to take clients out to brothels or strip clubs and pay for it on the company card anymore either.
