I am moving away from Munich, TOMORROW (Thursday April 24th). When I moved in my apartment in October, I bought the kitchen from the previous renters for 800 Euros. I had wanted to leave the kitchen in the apartment, in case the next person interested in the apartment was also interested in the kitchen. However, the facility management company in charge of my building is not very thrilled with this arrangement and would be much happier if I sold it now or took it with me. It is just not possible to take the kitchen with me, as I have no clue how to dismantle a kitchen and don't even have the necessary tools for this. Below are photos of the kitchen. Everything you see in the photos is for sale. In case it is not very clear what is presented in the photos, I will list off the items for sale.
-Refrigerator / Freezer (full size--at least 5 feet tall)
-Microwave (Analog--twist time dial)
-Cabinets (one storage space above the Fridge/Freezer, and one medium size, with built-in spice rack inside one door, one under sink with attached trash can, one other to left of oven)
-Brown cubby storage (one situated with a cabinet, two more on each side of the oven, perfect for measuring cups, graters, canned goods)
-Sink (standard silver German issue)
-Stove / Oven (Stove is the more modern flat top kind, full size, 4 "burners", shiny black top. Oven is full size and comes with rack and corresponding black cooking sheet)
-Backsplash / Exhaust (back splash is a rectangular piece of metal, "diamond grade" design, exhaust hood matching silver, two white shelves are placed beside the hood)
-Countertops (a black/gray/white micro splatter pattern---should match most any kitchen decor scheme)
-Dishwasher (full size)
The appliances are all the brand "ZANUSSI", I do not know which brand the refrigerator is but would assume the same brand.
The backsplash and a handle for a drawer have minor rust spots on them, but not really noticeable.
The stove has a small chip missing out of the flat top in the back right burner, but is also not really noticeable to the eye, and so far has not affected the operation of the stove
I will sell the kitchen for 700 Euros for EVERYTHING, which is a good price for this kitchen. As previously mentioned, I paid 800 for it in October. All appliances are relatively new (not sure exactly, i bought it from previous renters) and the kitchen looks very nice as a whole. I've never had any problem with anything in it whatsoever.
IF YOU WANT THE KITCHEN YOU MUST COME HERE TO MY APARTMENT AND REMOVE IT YOURSELF!!! I live in Moosach, on the top floor of a building (2nd floor, in American standards) I have no tools to let you borrow and cannot store it for you in any fashion. You must be able to come this evening (6-8pm) or tomorrow morning (Thursday April 24th). The facility management people will be here at 2pm to go over my apartment, so if you come tomorrow, you should come early and please be finished with the removal at 12pm to allow me to clean up any mess left behind before they come to inspect my apartment.
I will sell the kitchen only together, nothing separate.
