My client, a global leading international online organisation is currently seeking an Online Sales Manager to develop new business relationships to increase online sales of their products.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for developing this new business area
- Generation of web based leads
- Developing relationships with clients in order to sell products and packages for various online titles
- Consulting clients and tailoring packages in accordance to their requirements
- Strategic Sales Planning, Market analysis and budget planning
- Managing external agencies
- Developing new and existing clients
- Development and implementation of workflow between Sales, Fulfilment and Helpdesk
The ideal candidate :
- Previous online sales experience (proven track record, or university degree with experience in online sales from a Praktika)
- Target orientated
- Sales driven mind set
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
