Ever wondered what a Scotsman wears under his kilt? You're invited to find out this Sunday (April 27) at the International Brunch with its presentation on Scotland at the new Ars Vini restaurant at Templinerstraße 7. These brunches are already known for their great food, and friendly international atmosphere where it's easy to meet and talk with people.

This month the speakers will speak from first-hand experience about the relationship between England & Scotland, and what it means to be “British”. Come prepared to eat “Black Pudding” – just don’t ask us what’s in it. The brunch is from 10am to 3pm, with the presentation about noon. The menu also includes:
Vienna-style Tafelspitz (beef cooked in a double-cream dill sauce)
Fillet of Tilapia in a buttermilk lemon sauce
Vegetarian lasagne
mixed salads, musli, scrambled eggs
and for dessert: creme Brulee and a chocolate fountain.

Tickets for the brunch are 8 Euro (the brunch alone normally costs 9.90€) and may be purchased from me (Wednesday at the Boat Party), at Ars Vini, or reserved by calling (030) 30609486. The advanced ticket includes a 20% discount on any future fondue dinner. Reserving early helps for figuring out how much food to prepare.

Great food, cultural entertainment, and the interesting mix of people who come to these events--no better way to spend your Sunday.

Directions: The restaurant is located at the corner of Zionskirchstraße & Templinerstraße, a three-minute walk from Senefelder (U-2) U-Bahnhof or five minutes from the M-1 Tram stop at Zionskirchstraße. To see a map click the link:
