Financial disaster beckons for sparkle fans - yes, Accessorize has come to Munich!

Packed to the brim with fetching flip-flops, beaded bags, dangly eardrops, blingy rings, hübsch hats, classy clips and best of all beautiful bags, bags, bags (plus the odd bold bikini), this cash black hole can be found at Sendlinger Str. 14.
It opened today.
And yes of course I went in.
They also take MasterCard.
Oh. Dear.
Standard Sendlinger Str. opening hours.

No Monsoon though (think can hear my bank manager's sigh of relief from here).

How are the prices compared with the UK? Would it be nearly as cheap to fly to England and rescue my last summer's flip flops from the loft?

yiiiiiiiiiiirs! brill thanks for the info Katrina!

It's not too bad, but doesn't reflect current exchange rates, rather the old 2GBP = 3€ guideline. Both prices are given on the tags so you can compare.

This has been open for at least four weeks. I went in there the day after I got to Munich...four weeks ago. It's tiny though and hasn't got a lot of variety. But they do have some cute stuff though!

Yeah, they have been open for a min...I went in last week and bought some stuff. They have some nice things in there, prices were not that bad either. But it is alittle small in there, not much to choose from but it is something...

I saw this as well several weeks ago, but just made it in today. It is SSSOOOO tiny. And as it is one of my fav shops when I go to UK, I was very disappointed in the selection and NO where to move around to look at things. But still nice to see it in Munich.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only shallow, sparkle freak here in Munich, who goes into raptures about some silly girlie shop opening. BUT I LOVE IT!!! I totally missed it when I first came here, all Munich needs now is a Jigsaw, LK Bennet, French Sole, The White Company, Lombok, ...or and I dear not say it but even a Marks and Spencers and a John Lewis...maybe then I could actually buy a normal single bed with a normal base for the spare room insted of a "Polsterliege" what ever that is!!! In the meantime I'll drown myself in sparkling nonsense unfortunately I don't think my German bank manager is going to be as near as flexible as the nice Northerners on the phone from First Direct who just love lending you money, much to my husband's relief!:)
