Second-hand but decent
Not quite an advert, but brother-in-law wants to learn the pipes and is looking for a decent set of second-hand bag-pipes. Has anybody a cunning plan? Thanks for any leads.

A friend of mine (Victor Besch) - as far as I know - teaches how to play the instrument from Hell here in Bremen and may know of somewhere to buy . . .
