I have a Philips 43P8341 43" rear projection tv to give away for free. It is 6 years old. The volume does not work, but works when hooked up to a sound system. The main screen does not work but the picture can be viewed in Picture-in-Picture mode, so in half screen or quarter screen. Comes with stand and remote control. Outer appearance of TV is perfect.
