Amateur documentary filmmakers/videojournalists - Berlin

Would there be any interest by someone to make an educational documentary based on the subject of student-athletes? We are hosting a symposium and bringing in international speakers, and one thought was to have someone film some of the presentations, interview some of the speakers/participants, etc.. and have the "proceedings" available for people who could not attend.

The sympsosium would take place May 31 in Berlin.
