A contact of mine is looking to implement a CRM system mostly to deliver targeted e-Marketing campaigns and track click-through etc (with additional functionality to be confirmed). They are currently looking to use an open-source platform (SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics, TinyERP) but will require a specialist in CRM-CMS programming to work with them to customize it.
