Main Accountabilities
• Key Account acquisition and management
• Major account management to act as the customer’s focal point
• Create and drive the strategy for success in the account.
• Maintain and expand existing business relationships
• Increase business volume with existing key accounts and prospect for new leads
• Briefing and cooperation with Product Management, Marketing, Product Development and technical department in given timeframes
• Project Management including process scheduling, controlling, calculation & budgeting
• Market research and research on Carrier
• Analyse customer revenues and customer demands
• Prepare and execute actions for up-selling and cross-selling
• Contribute new and useful ideas for product and process innovation
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• Minimum three years experience in Key Account management
• A successful track record of meeting sales goals and the ability to produce effective sales through the internet, trade shows, conferences, networking, and other programs
• Experience in a customer service related industry, such as telecommunications, Internet Service Provider, business-to-business services, commercial banks, industrial insurance
• Excellent presentation, analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse complex structures, derive solutions and act on the results of your analysis
• Technically minded and able to learn new areas quickly
• Broad knowledge and familiarity with the MS Office package
• Excellent organisational skills
• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• College education preferred
• Written and verbal fluency in German and English
