As their German Sales team continues to grow, my client is looking for an Account Representative to support their growth.
Position Summary:
- Actively selling a full range of products to both new customers and to the existing customers.
- Dealing with all telephone, web and email sales enquiries from new prospects and existing customers.
- The Account Representative follows up on leads generated by Marketing and proactively calls into the customer base to increase the sales revenue.
- Drive a complete sales cycle using the extended internal team and multiple contacts on the customer side
- Provide accurate forecast and revenue planning
- Achieve quarterly software, training and services revenue targets with clients in selected sectors, while at the same time developing a strategic, deeper relationship with these organisations, which will create the platform for their enterprise wide usage of predictive analytics solutions.
- Providing written quotations, seminars, webinars and marketing materials to meet and support customer requirements
- Hold meetings at customer sites where applicable
- As a result of incoming and outgoing sales activities, create and maintain customer contact information, lead opportunities within the Contact Management system
Experience:
The position requires a self-motivated & driven individual with experience in sales as well as qualifying leads over the phone.
Key Skills
- Approx 2 years of successful sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone
- Language skills, verbal and written: German and English
- A user of a structured sales methodology
- A good communicator with his/her manager with respect to sales opportunity analysis, accurate, timely forecasting and collaborating with other team members.
- Computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task
- University degree incorporating an element of analytics
- Ability to work on your own initiative within a busy team environment
- Travel as required
Salary €45,000 OTE (80-100% always reached)
