Job: Personal assistant sought - Hamburg

I travel a lot and have a ton of private paperwork, bills need paying and due to owning some apartments I need to control if rent has been paid, and other house related expenses. Also some travel expense report work. Its boring stuff and I just don't get to do it. I am looking for a fluent German speaker, must also speak English and able to handle a stack of personal accounts, and arrange payment of bills on an adhoc basis. Would ideally suit someone retired.
