Movies in English in Heidelberg/Mannheim - Germany

I just found a useful blog with listings of English language movies for the area.

I really recommend "wind that shakes the barley" it is a gritty Ken Loach movie about the Irish civil war.

I might be interested Good thing the cinema showings don't particularly depend on the weather where I need to make a judgement call as to whether it's worth travelling 1.5 hours for an event that may or may not be held Any idea how long the movie lasts? Looks like it's just not going to be my day today

The last train to KL from Mannheim leaves at 00:30 tomorrow morning and the next train after that is at 4:30 am. Either I'll have to miss the train and watch the movie, or leave the movie early and figure out what to do for the next 4 hours... not much of choice

Looks like I'll have to give it a miss. I don't suppose they have an earlier OV show either.

for once, they have several showings so we could go to the 7:45 but we'll have to meet at cinemaxx coz it's cutting it kind of close for us. let me know.
