Hi there,

I just saw that tickets are available on the Bayern Munich site for the game against Zenit St. Petersburg in the semi-final of the UEFA Cup. Tickets seem to be selling fast so if you are interested, get in there!

I may try to go. Waiting for my neighbor to get home so we can see how many tickets we need. Hope I'm not too late...

What a match last night! I thought my friend was going to keel over from heart failure!

Yes, it was an exciting game, I thought FCB was going to end their run. Tickets are already popping up on eBay.de.

I will be in Munich during the 2nd leg, any good places to view?

I'll get back to you. My neighbor/friend grew up in Munich and knows many good spots. The bastard still isn't home mad.gif However, he's scored us some great tickets at a great price in the past at a late date.

He doesn't read this site, so I can say it here. I'm not a big fan of Bayern. They are the New York Yankees of German Football. Buy, buy, buy - spend, spend, spend... I hate that mentality. There was a point in the match last night that there were maybe only 2 or 3 Germans on the pitch and one of them was that gay-ass Jansen. Runs like a ferry-boy. smile.gif I'd much rather watch a Munich 1860 match. The fans are much better. No champagne in that crowd!

Going to the game tonight with some friends. Very excited as it will be my first game at Allianz arena.

Yesterday a friend told me that they dont serve alcohol at the UEFA cup games! Sounds fishy to me? Can anyone confirm that they do or do not sell beer at the UEFA cup matches?

I'm going too, but pssed off that Toni's not playing! It's true, they only sell alcohol-free beer; it was the same at the Champion's League games. The Allianz Arena is fantastic though, you're in for a treat!

If anyone wants to go to the game tonight, I've got a spare ticket now as person number 5 has had to pull out. We're meeting up at Sendlinger Tor in about an hour and a half. We could also meet near the stadium but I'm not planning on trying to find people in a storm!! Ticket was €30. Send me a PM soon if you're keen.
