Two cats seek new home (permanent or temporary)

Do you love cats? Are you searching to adopt a cat or two, or would even be willing to take care of cats for a while? Basically what has happened is that a friend of mine is moving to the US, and has 2 cats that he needs to find a home for. I can take them for like a month, and said I would foster them, but I CANNOT keep them. I would love to see them looked after by someone caring, even if not permanantly! They are 2 and 5 year old tabbies, well housebroken, both female and spayed!

Why doesn't the actual OWNER take them with him to the US? Sorry, but dickheads that abandon pets just because they have to relocate are one of the two lowest forms of life on this planet.

I don't know...I'm not him. I'm just trying to help find a home for them, so if anyone is interested let me know

It always amazes me that people (or should I say morons) who have nothing to offer to a post feel they must post drival like Odenwalder.

If you can't find anyone to take them, the Berlin animal shelter will take them and has a policy of not putting animals down.

Ya I'd just rather see them go to a loving home

For all we know the owner may be moving to an apartment in NYC without room or permission for pets. At least he isn't giving them away free for a charge of €300. Don't make things harder for him, giving away a pet isn't easy.
P.S. I'd take them like a shot but I'm in Munich ...

Poor babies. Wish I could but I've got a full house already. Can you post a photo? Maybe it will help find them a home...

I agree with Odenwalder (I used to live in the Odenwald too). They should take the cats with them. I am returning to Mexico in 3 months and taking my 4 cats. I will find someplace to rent that will take the cats. If they want my money, they have to take the cats! When you adopt an animal, you have the responsibility to take care of the animal. I have moved around alot in the last several years and my cats have always gone with me and will go this time too. I hope you can find a good home for these cats if the people absolutely will not take them along.
