Seriously, are you for real? You posted the same ad on craigslist, which i answered as i fit all the requirements, got a vague response about my 'qualifications' to be a Handimann?? So good luck Mr. Kino, but beware the Nigerian Bankers are everywhere!!

I can´t comment on Mr.Kino´s electrical or plumbing skills, Stephenz, but he certainly isn´t a banker or Nigerian.

He´s just moved my 3-bed apartment´s worth of stuff from Berlin to Munich, and that was after storing it for a month. All went well and professionally done. He also assembled some of the furniture. I had no complaints at all.

My name is Ian McCrone. I am a Carpenter/handyman able to do the following Carpentry, block and bricklaying, rendering, plastering,tiling(wall and floor), plumbing, minor electrical work,painting, decorating and all general building work. I am a flexible, honest and hard working person who has all his own tools and a van to perform the jobs mention before.

My wife and I have recently renovated our 600+ year old house in southern Spain, which was a complete ruin. It took us approximately 2 years to complete the project(256m2). We have been living in Spain for 5 years and working as a self employed carpenter/builder/handyman. We have recently moved to Germany, which is where my wife is from.I had previous to this been self employed in Scotland as a builder/handyman.

I have just recently finish a full renovation of a kitchen including lowering, plasterboarding and plastering the ceiling, leveling and tiling the floor, fiitting the new kitchen units, creating a wooden Welsh dresser from an old built-in cupboard, building a corner seat, plastering all the walls, fitting new architrave and skirtings and fitting new folding doorsand shelving. All of this was completed in two and a half weeks. I hope this gives you an idea of what I am capable of

I speak English(native) and also German. My German is not 100% perfect but I have no problem being understood by and understanding most Germans.

I am very interested in your advert for a handyman and know that if you give me the opportunity to renovate your properties you will not be dissappointed with results.
