Where to get a Ducati motorbike refurbished - Berlin

Personal recommendations for bike garages etc.
newbieinberlin
Hiya!

Are there any Ducati lovers or in general bike lovers here in Toytown??

My husband's Ducati Bike is just resting on our porch collecting dust/rain/snow... sniff sniff!! and all it has for protection is those plastic car covers which i don't think is really doing any good..

I hate to see my husband's sad face every time he passes his second love of his life and have decided to do something about it and make it his birthday present!!! He just does not have any time like he used to before to take care of his bike and at the same time loves it to death and has refused to part with it.. selling it/giving away/ storing in an underground parking is not an option.. hence this post!!

1) Can any of you serious Bike lovers recommend a express clean/polish /oil etc..( am not a biker so don't really know all what is required to be done to a bike after it has been lying for over half a year!)

2) I would also like to have some kind of a solid shed made , kinda like a reeeealllly small enclosed docking station for a bike.. if you know what i mean.. Does anyone have any idea where to look for someone who can do this for me in Berlin.,..?? We still have a lot of materials from the import of the bike.. probably would need waterproofing though!

Any suggestions/recommendations is welcome..

Thanks a lot smile.gif

I know there are various vendors in the UK of metal sheds for mtorbikes. These are pretty expensive 600pounds upwards. I will have a look in my German bike mags this evening to see if there is an equivalent here.

Hi Jono,

Just checked out the ebay link and the bike shed there is Puuurrrrfect!!! However pretty expensive... do you know what are they called in German?
You seem to be a biker too.. hence can you recommend any good service place where i can send it for a good cleanup/polish etc?

Thanks again smile.gif

There is also the originally entitled Dukati Berlin

It's east of Lichtenberg though: Map

Customer service in motorcycle shops in Berlin tends to be both comprehensive and considerate. You could probably pop into any store and they will give you the best advice possible.
