Is it not possible to post images any more? It used to work this way:

But not any more.

Yes, it still works exactly the way you tried it.

Really? All that I can see is the code tags with the address in between.
I see the picture. Don't you?
Edit: oh just checked your profile. You're not a
supporter so you won't see pictures like that.

What browser are you using?
I don't see it either... just the codes. Have IE7.

I am a supporter, and I have tried to use the IMG tags a few time this week. They don't work for me.
Nor does the OP's IMG tags/links. EB!! Please have a look.
It doesn't matter the browser. IE, Firefox, Opera.. Its all the same.

Is that a new rule? I've never been a supporter, but was able to view images before.

That could be it, TT is
a firefox site. That's the browser I'm using, IE should be compatible though, but only if you have the right plugin installed. Look for this file here C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\GulLib_ility.exe
Do you have it?

Stop deceiving poor people, will ya?
Germans with blue eyes won't get the picture either. Is that the problem maybe?
I have seen problems that had to do with folks using old versions of internet browsers, so asking for which browser can be a very helpful question in figuring out the problem. You'll have noticed I included version number

It's been disabled for everyone, as of a month or two now.
Image leeching is bad because it constitutes bandwidth theft as well as causing
webrot.
Images can be posted as attachments instead, but only if you have copyright permission.
If you don't have copyright permission, just post the link.

I'm having trouble uploading images, regardless of image size. It just goes into endless loading mode and never finishes. Anyone else? I wonder what the problem is? F**#ing irritating as hell.

It works fine using the "attachment=" comand. Try adding an image using the BROWSE and UPLOAD buttons
Make sure the image
file size isn't larger than 80k
