Hi all, so I was hoping that someone of a bit of experience in Frankfurt could help me out in figuring out just where all the open air food markets tend to happen in the central Frankfurt area during the week days. I know that Saturday there is a great one at Konstablewache, Friday is Hauptwache and Thursday there is one just outside of the Haupbahnof. Can anyone help fill in the gaps and let me know if they know of any that go on during Monday - Wednesday. I just find it great that I can slip out of my new job and take my lunch break getting some really nice fresh regional food while I take a stroll around and would love if I could make this my regular week but in the past few I've been waiting for Thursday and Friday to role around to partake.

Thanks
Paul

P.S. The columbian food down the street from Sam's is just about one of the most amazing places I've been around to eat, finally a place in the German area that isn't timid about spice.

I guess it couldn't really be called a restaurant proper, and I'm really not sure of the opening hours. I know that it is closed on Sunday's and may be only open when the bars have some activity around them. It's next to cubanito, so on that little strip between Sam's and the Anglo Irish and it's a small narrow window that leads into a narrow kitchen with Columbian girls cooking up stuff, they have amazing salsa, the best empanada I've had since being in the states and some other true columbian delights that are a pretty rare find in Frankfurt. let me know if you need anymore info or what you think when you find it.
