Anyone up for some drinks in Cologne on Friday or Saturday night?
Will the "german learning group" go for a drink after their class on Friday night? If so, let me know, I might join you guys ;-)

I think there will definitely be problems drinking Alt Bier...that is why they will be starting trouble with the locals!

bloody dusseldorfer... i mean its ages ago, like sometime in the 60s i think, that cologne kicked them out of the 1st liege and they are still pissed off, refusing to drink Koelsch and just come over to start trouble...lol

cant make it, am suppost to meet a friends to watch her go shopping, while im too skinnt to buy anything for myself

If anyone is going out Sat night I would love to have a couple of drinks. I am spending sat day there and half the night as I have a flight leaving at 6am! First time in Cologne!

I believe it's a bar called All Bar One on Friesenstraße.

We could meet in Düs Hbf and take the train to Köln Hbf and from there we can either walk to the bar (less than a mile) or take a connection to Friesenplatz, about a block away from the bar.
