Hi guys, I have to apologize... When I said that meat takes 30 days to digest that was an old study that I had read on the internet. Which at one point they did believe that it was the case but now apparently it takes anywhere from 2 to 30 hours to digest. Many apologies... So not to worry guys all the meat you ate the other night is long gone!! he he
