Me and a friend of mine are moving out of our present student rooms. We would like to give this room to students who are urgently in need of a room instead of returning it to the Studentenwerk Duesseldorf since we still have almost another year of our contract.
But this room can only be rented to a student(with a valid student id/immatrikulation/studien bescheinigung) from any German university.
There are 2 rooms available from 1st May 2008
Each of these rooms are abt 20 sq.mtrs. It is fully furnished (bed, mattress, table and a cupboard) with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
One room is part of a 2-er WG (Universität Str.68, 2nd Flr apartment-2.0G).
The other room is part of a 3-er WG(Universität Str.60, Gnd Flr apartment-EG).
Rent is about 250 euros all inkl + internet cost based on usage. There is a existing Studentenwerk ISDN internet connection which can be easily used.
Please note that this room can be rented only to University students.
These rooms are in Bilk at the University South campus and within 5 mins walking distance to the Univ. The Bus stop is only 3 minutes away & well connected to the city- about 15 mins to the main station and 10 mins to Bilk S Bahn station.
